Cannot Change Aircraft Qualification
Three issues: 1.) I put in an aircraft that I am not qualified on by accident. I cannot remove it. When I try to change the hours, it changes them back to the previous setting. This does not work. 2.) There is not a list of aircraft that I have experience on. 3.) Because of that, it is not letting me finalize my profile.

Consider adding a field to enter OTHER credentials, or specifically, the Master Aviator certification issued through Flight Safety. The Master Aviator requirements are fairly significant and include training sims or CBT modules such as Energy Management, UPRT, Go / No-Go, LOFT, etc.

Operator Function - Contractor Search
It might be nice to be able to see (as an operator) all the pilots total time, time in type, and location to be able to source contractors from. Essentially a contractor list, but held within Flying Company. For example, I’m looking for local pilots that fit insurance requirements for the open pilot policy and it would be nice to see, at a glance how many are available. I’m not sure a name needs to be included at this point, to prevent scalping of business, but simply an option for an operator to make an inquiry to a specific contractor (without name and simply on qualification and location).

Print/Download Quote
After creating a quote, it might be nice to download a quote for personal record-keeping purposes. A simple button labeled “Download Submitted Quote” or something to that effect might suffice. When pressed, a .pdf download would start.

We already ask a question about whether an aircraft is qualified for RVSM, but probably need to add the other ones in there as well. We could probably do a multi-select drop-down so that Operators could add all that were applicable. One user has mentioned that their diploma failed to save on the Hours and Training page despite trying multiple times. We are exploring the issue currently and think it could be caused by a lag in compressing the image as it goes to the server. Will advise when resolved

Make Ratings/Reviews visible for both Pilots and Operators
We already ask that pilots and operators review each other after a trip. However, we have not made that information available to both parties yet. This is due to the fact that we are still trying to think through the most appropriate way of handling this information. Give pilots the ability to share a trip with a friend for a referral fee (if that friend ends up getting hired). So, even if you aren’t able to do a trip you might still be able to get some benefit by helping the operator find the the right pilot who is available

This indicator would visually show pilots if they have already taken a look at a trip so that they weren’t re-opening a trip that they already decided not to put a quote in for.
