Make Ratings/Reviews visible for both Pilots and Operators

We already ask that pilots and operators review each other after a trip. However, we have not made that information available to both parties yet. This is due to the fact that we are still trying to think through the most appropriate way of handling this information. Open to to suggestions as we brainstorm the best way of presenting this to the user.
