Preferred Pilot Alert (PPA)

This feature will allow operators to add a list of preferred contract pilots for each model of aircraft that they manage. When they need a pilot for a trip, they can choose to initially send it out to their preferred pilots. If they have not hired one of those pilots within 24 hours (i.e. none of them were available or interested) the platform will automatically open the trip up to everyone else for quotes.
